All your cards will be sent to you in a «Sleeve, Top Loader, Teambag» by regular Canada Post mail all in a bubble envelope.

At Taverne du Collectionneur, we want to offer our customers the best possible service at an affordable cost. As a result, we ship your mailings by regular mail with Canada Post, so you won’t get a tracking number. We may take up to four (4) business days in some cases to prepare your order. Canada Post delivery usually takes 2-3 business days in Quebec. However, it is not uncommon for delivery to take up to 21 business days. **Please note that with postal delays caused by the holiday season, Canada Post delivery can take up to 3 weeks**

Taverne du Collectionneur is not responsible for the loss of your card(s) during shipping by Canada Post or another shipping company. If you get a value card, you are responsible for contacting us in order to pay for a shipping method with tracking number and increase the amount of insurance, otherwise we will ship your card regularly by mail. Similarly, Taverne du Collectionneur is not responsible for any damage or damage to your card(s) by Canada Post or any other shipping company. In these cases, no refund or replacement is guaranteed by Taverne du Collectionneur.

Also, since we have to send your shipments by mail, it is possible that your order is divided into several different envelopes. Therefore, do not worry if you do not receive your entire order in the first envelope you receive.
